Growing Our Own Gardens: Reminiscin’ on Roots (working title) brings this body of work back home- to Matthew’s homeland of Texas. Through multiple creative residencies, this work-in-progress has been shown and supported by Texas Christian University’s AIDS Outreach Benefit Concert and Big Rig Dance’s Co-Op at the University of Texas- Arlington. This new work will partner with Texas-based collaborators and organizations to reflect on LGBTQ+ experiences and histories in the great state of Texas. Stay tuned for more!
